Trimble Juno

The Trimble® Juno™ kit is an economical solution that avoids the need to carry a camera, a GPS receiver, and a PDA.  Use the Juno to calculate field acreage, locate soil sample points by grid or zone, scout for pests or problem spots, or to collect important field records.  The integrated GPS receiver will automatically locate your position when using the field solutions provided by Farm Works.

 

While minimizing expenditure, you won't have to compromise on features or functionality.  In fact, the complete Juno solution is easier and more affordable than the HP iPAQ packaged with otterbox mount, vehicle charger, and CF GPS receiver.  The Juno handheld includes a 533 MHz processor, 3.5 inch display, and a 3 megapixel camera.  Standard wireless capabilities include built-in Bluetooth®, giving you cable-free connections to peripherals such as RFID readers and barcode scanners, and the built in cellular modem enables you to exchange data utilizing Trimble Sync software.  No matter what your set-up, the Juno handheld gives you flexible connectivity methods to meet your business needs the ultimate in mobility.

 

The long life battery of the Juno handheld allows GPS data collection for a full working day, without the need for recharging.  The battery is also field-replaceable, for extended periods away from a power source.  You never have to worry about running out of memory in the field with the Juno handheld’s microSD card slot.
